안녕하세요. 방의 크기는 20m2 정도(7평) 이고 부산대 북문 근처이고 언어교육원에는 특히 가깝습니다. 전에 아주머니께서 사무실로 사용하시다가 인테리어 후 처음으로 방을 내놓으셨기 때문에 모든 것이 깨끗하고 새것입니다. 주인 아주머니 아저씨 부부께서 4층에 거주하시며 항시 깨끗하게 관리해주시기 때문에 불편함 없이 지내실 수 있습니다. 거주는 내년 3월 13일까지는 하셔야 합니다. 제 ***** 입니다. 언제든지 연락주시길 바랍니다 . The size is roughly 20m^2, which is bigger than typical size of rooms nearby. It was used by the homeowner as an office space and then renovated before going on the market. It's very close to the Northern gate in PNU campus. It's also super close to the Language education institute. The owner is a couple that lives in the 4th floor of the building. They manage the building well and keep it clean. The contract ends on 13th of March ,2027 and you can extend if you want. My ***** to me :)
