항상 행운과 행복이 가득하길 바랍니다. 3층건물인데 고저차로 인해 2층입구가  출입구라 실질적으론 2층입니다. 헤비스모커, 알콜중독 등 주변분들께 과다한 피해주는 분들은 사양합니다. 이중창이라 소음차단은 잘됩니다. 구조는 방과 거실 화장실이며 바로 위 옥상공간 사용가능합니다.  주변높은건물이 없어서 시야가 트여있습니다. 옥상은 지금보단 좀 더 개선된 공간으로 만들어갈 예정입니다. 별도 관리비는 없고 도시가스있습니다. 현 세입자분 8월초중반 이사예정입니다.  Wishing you Wishing you happiness and good fortune always. This is a 3-story building, but due to the difference in elevation, the entrance is on the second floor — effectively making it the main floor. We kindly decline tenants who are heavy smokers, alcohol-dependent, or may cause disturbances to neighbors. The unit includes a room, a living area, and a bathroom. The rooftop space right above is accessible and available for use. Since there are no tall buildings nearby, the view is wide open. We plan to improve the rooftop space further in the near future. There is no separate maintenance fee. Immediate move-in is possible, and pipe gas
