Right now, I'm forced to live with my windows shut just because of the noise from kids with ADHD screaming and running wild on the playground. It’s incredibly stressful living near such inconsiderate neighbors. The parents cause noise complaints between floors at home, and their kids do the exact same thing both indoors and out on the playground.
